How Sea Moss Can Help?

Directions & Suggested Use

Take 1-2 tablespoons daily orally. Chase with water or fresh juice.

Suggested Times: Early Morning and/or early afternoon

 

Smoothies:

Put 1-2 scoops of sea moss gel in Fruit Smoothies. Banana, Strawberry, and Pineapple fruits blend well with the sea moss gel

 

Teas:

Put 1-2 scoops in hot ready made tea, and stir thoroughly and enjoy.

 

Oatmeal

Put 1-2 scoops in ready made oatmeal, mix gel in and enjoy.
